Effective dialogue between business and labor remains for the most part evasive throughout DR-CAFTA countries. However, it is a critical and often underemphasized step to enabling the company and its workers to identify and build aligned interests that lead to mutual benefit. It is also a key component for effectively promoting Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining. BSR and partner organization CentraRSE are working with AgroAmérica, S.A. to strengthen company, worker, and union capacity to effectively engage with each other in order to better understand and respond to worker needs.
