Racheal Yeager

A core member of BSR’s CSR Strategy team, Racheal is heavily involved in the implementation of HERproject, a BSR initiative that addresses women’s health needs in global supply chains by working with multinational companies, factories, and local NGOs.  Racheal brings a keen understanding of challenges in fostering responsible, healthy working conditions—as well as practical solutions for overcoming them—to current demonstration projects in Costa Rica. Racheal holds an M.Sc. in International Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics where she focused on Conflict Studies, Globalization and International Development and a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.

Racheal is currently consulting on the demonstration projects Occupational Health and Safety System in Coocafé and Responsible Labor and Human Resource Management at CAMTIC.
