Karen Ortega

Karen has experience with project design, implementation, management, and evaluation, and with research and development of training and alternative education processes on topics related to psychosocial risk prevention, human rights, gender, culture, environment, health, and production projects.  She holds Bachelors Degrees in Preschool Education and Psychology from Universidad de Costa Rica and a Masters Degree of Group Psychology from Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional. A native Spanish speaker, Karen also speaks English.

Karen is currently consulting on the demonstration project Occupational Health and Safety System in Coocafé.
