Joyce Wong

With a heavy focus on building sustainable supply chains, Joyce brings expertise in working with buyers, suppliers, and international organizations to implement and integrate sustainable labor and environmental programs from the producer- to brand-level, Having worked in North and South America in the agriculture and consumer products industries, Joyce brings a keen cross-sector perspective on addressing labor challenges to current demonstration projects with El Salvador’s sugar industry. Joyce holds a B.A. with Honors in Rhetoric, with a minor in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.

Joyce is currently consulting on the demonstration projects Lessons Learned from the Sugar Association of El Salvador in Child Labor Eradication and Building an Internal Culture of Responsible Labor with Central Izalco, a Sugar Mill of Grupo CASSA.
