We have implemented 14 demonstration projects to highlight the link between responsible labor and competitiveness. The challenges and successes of these projects have been documented in case studies, which are serving as the foundation for our "Executive Education" component in 2010. Goal: Evaluate and improve the occupational health and safety system of one of Coocafé’s member cooperatives and create a framework for replication in other member cooperatives.
